What to bring
Clothing:
Kansas weather can change in a minute, so be prepared to hunt in cold, to very cold and wet/snow/icy conditions. We suggest a good base layer, with multiple layers of warm clothing, a a warm camouflage jacket. Warm hunting boots (at least 600g thinsulate ) or muck boots ( waders if hunting water ) warm gloves and/or hand warmers. Wool socks are very important. Also make sure you have something warm for your head.
Firearms:
12 or 20 gauge shotguns are fine, with a imp. Cyl. , mod. Choke preferred we do not provide firearms. 3" or 3 1/2" guns are preferred.
Ammunition:
Steel shot is required for all waterfowl hunting, we recommend #2, 3, or 4 shot for ducks and #BB or BBB for geese. We do not provide ammunition.
What's provided:
Transportation to and from the field, all decoys, blinds, guides/helpers and retrievers will be provided.
What's NOT provided:
Food and accommodations, flights, transportation to destination, licenses and stamps, or firearms and ammunition. Please let us know in advance if you plan on transporting harvested birds or need cleaning prior to trip.
